Hi, I'm Alisa Marie. I used to not believe in energy work... I mean I wanted to believe, but I guess I didn't have a lot of faith about those sorts of things.

Then I realized that I could feel energy with my hands. As I opened up to the possibilities, I started seeing energy too.

At first, I didn't know what was going on, and I went to a lot of different spiritual teachers to help me figure it out. But over time I found that the simplest practices have made the most significant shifts in my evolution and I no longer go searching outside myself for answers.

My mediation and White Light practices are all I need to continually dissolve lower vibrational energies, and bring in the energies I want to experience. Of course I still have challenges, but I am so much happier now, and things don't bother me the way they used to.
