Hi, I'm Anneliese. I used to not believe in energy work... I mean I wanted to believe, but I guess I didn't have a lot of faith about those sorts of things.

Then I realized that I could feel energy with my hands. As I opened up to the possibilities, I started seeing energy too.

At first, I didn't know what was going on, and I went to a lot of different spiritual teachers to help me figure it out. But over time I found that the simplest practices have made the most significant shifts in my evolution and I no longer need to go searching outside myself for answers.
